Taking responsibility for our own health and what we eat involves NEVER believe anything that we're told by health care professionals. They are 'educated' under a system controlled totally by the drugs and food industry, therefore their aim is to keep us ill throughout our lives. Instead do your own research, ask questions, read, discuss with your peers. Two things that we could all do which will impact on our health  are: 1 vastly increaser the amount of Omega 3 foods, and drastically reduce the amount of Omega 6 foods. Omega 6 foods induce inflammation in the body. Secondly, keep the body as alkaline as possible. Buy some strips and test saliva on waking - it needs to be 7 or above. Drinking 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda in water at bed time significantly improves our body's pH.

Fruit, Veg, and herbs do balance the body's pH levels, but sodium bicarbonate is just an artificial chemical which is not natural or good for the body or brain. We have been tricked!!! It is just like taking a chemical drug. Look out for all the misinformation which says that healthy things, including fruit, are bad for you, and that unhealthy things are good for you. This is corporations and big pharma influencing alternative medicine, using lies to cause confusion and fear.
