Tuesday, 31st January from 7pm to 9ish PHA our local health group meets again in Herne Bay, My place, Pier Avenue and Richard will demonstrate the Bowen Technique for pain relief.
Whether you’re in pain or just want to learn and share with like minded people, everyone is welcome. We’ll also be planning future themes.
